What a weird year 2020 has been. The COVID-19 pandemic has completely upended the world, halted concerts and festivals, and brought a whole new meaning to the term normal. Despite this, I’ve still found much to be grateful for.
I’ve been fortunate to have the ability to work from home and have leaned into music and this blog as a way to escape the world when things get too heavy. I’m really proud of this blog and the content I’ve shared this year. I’ve kept up with album reviews, written a few opinion pieces, introduced my Five in 5 mini-series, and more.
In 2021, I hope to continue producing content I’m proud of while also growing as a writer. I want to introduce you to up-and-coming artists, give my take on the latest industry trends, and provide more insight into my process, in case you or someone you know wants to start writing about music.
